History
Advanced Outsourcing and Business Services, Inc. was founded by Vicente “Vic” Abella, one of the pioneers of Human Resource Management in the Philippines. Current President Grace Abella-Zata continues the tradition of active participation and leadership in the HR and business community.
This immersion in people management issues has allowed the management team to develop a deeper appreciation of the changing needs of both local and global businesses and to craft philosophies and service features that address the most important needs of customers, candidates, and employees. She is supported by a formidable team of seasoned executives and professionals with experience in both the industry and on the client side.
